A classroom teacher drags mainstreet bank/skye bank to court for debiting his fund of#162.900 without his consent and authorization .
the incident happened on july 2014 ,consequently when the banks falsely alleged that the teacher,OSINUBI PHILIP AYOOA, consummated the transaction, the teacher had no choice but to sue the banks on MARCH,2015.
Right now,the issue is in a lagos island magistrates court ,and next hearing fixed for 10th of july,2015.....07082432214
