It got to a stage during the evil days of PDP at the federal level that opposition states were tagged enemy states.
Monthly allocations for those states were with held,paid late or paid half in a month.
PDP really needed Ekiti in 2014 to boast their chances in 2015 and they made sure that Fayemi was held to ransom,allocations were not released or paid half to Ekiti and how was Fayemi suppose to developed and pay workers knowing fully well that Ekiti is a civil servant state and they don't generate anything that much.
My Edo state that has some ecological issues couldn't get ecological funds because it was not a PDP state and those PDP states that had no ecological issues were funded.

I just watched a program on TVC yesterday were even Fayose admitted he is owing so many months of salaries and this is a man that the present administration been fair to because the present government has treated every state fairly and what ever is release to a state is published monthly.
So,why can't your pomo hero pay Ekiti workers?

Loan is allowed in any government and even America has so many loans to settle.

Edo,Delta,Cross River,Akwa Ibom,
it is not about winning the total votes from this states.

APC just need to get 25% from any one or more states in south-south to meet one of the constitution requirement.

In 2015,it was Edo state that gave Buhari 25% in south-south and Imo gave Buhari 25% in south-east and that was enough.
Votes from few states in the north will swallow all south-east total votes.
Put 1000 Atikus or any politician from the north to contest with Buhari,Buhari will defeat them hands down in the north.
