Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Yekini Nabena, has described the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed as a total failure in the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Nabena also said time has left the Minister behind in the scheme of things in APC, adding that he (Mohammed) can no longer catch up with time unless he works with his governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State.
Lai Mohammed had called Yekini Nabena an impostor for advising him to work with his Kwara State Governor and allow peace to reign in the ongoing nationwide membership registration and revalidation exercise of the party.

Global exports of whisky fell by more than £1.1 billion (23%) last year, badly affected by a 25% tax on sales in the US, trade body the Scotch Whisky Association (SWA) revealed yesterday.

The 64-year-old father of rapper Nicki Minaj has died after being struck by a hit-and-run motorist in New York, police said.
Robert Maraj was crossing the street in the village of Mineola on Long Island on Friday at 6:15 p.m. when he was hit by an "undescribed" vehicle that left the scene, according to a statement from the Nassau County Police Department.
Maraj, who lived in Mineola, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition on Friday night. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by a hospital physician on Saturday, police said.

EXPORTS of Irish food and drink to the UK stood firm in 2020 despite unprecedented challenges facing the sector, newly released figures reveal.
The release of the Bord Bia Export Performance & Prospects 2020/2021 Report shows that exports of Irish food, drink and horticulture to the UK were held to a marginal five per cent decline in 2020, valued at €4.3 billion in total, against the €4.5 billion reported in 2019.
That is despite a period of “unprecedented change and challenge which saw the largest disruption to normal market operation, including continued uncertainty around Brexit and towering pandemic challenges which saw the closure of the UK foodservice market”, the report confirms.
Launching the report, Ireland’s Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue, revealed that the overall volume of Irish exports fell marginally by two per cent in 2020, valued at €13 billion, against €13.2 billion in 2019.
