😂 By your response Dangote can't sue someone, since Dangote is the biggest debtor in Nigeria. This is the reason why Nigerians take nonsense everyday cause they don't know their right. Sha for your information Lawyers are already on ground begging me that they want to buy the case since I have all the evidence to nail them. But I bet you won't know that lawyers can decide to fund and pursue a case for you for free since you are a mumu Nigerian. It's ok lolz

So there is an issue I am currently facing. I borrowed loan from a company last month. The companies name is Oxygen Helppo Finance. The type of loan I borrowed from them is NYSC Payday loan, which is to be debited from my NYSC allawee. The amount I borrowed from them is 90,000 naira of which I am to pay back or they are to debit 28,500 for 5 months which totals 142,500. But instead of them debiting me 28,500, they went ahead and debited me 38,800 which is a bridge of contract. I have evidence and proof of my claim. Now I confronted and messaged their customer care and their customer care initially denied saying that they only deducted me 24,300 which going by their explanation means I am owing them 4,200 since agree amount for them to debit is 28,500. Now I provided evidence to them that they are lying and started telling me that their has an error that a lot of customers where overdeducted saying all sort of rubbish. Then they told me that they will check their system and get back to me. I said ok, only for them to message me again and still claim that I was only debited 24,300 then I asked them that you guys told me that I will be debited 28,500 monthly, now why are you saying 24,300. They started apologizing that sorry they made a mistake that it's not 28,500 that I was supposed to be debited but rather 24,300. Then I insisted and said No! That I am going with what you told me before I took the loan which is 28,500. They asked me to provide bank statement which I did, but guess what, they are still saying rubbish. Then I started to do more research about the company and guess what? I saw that a lot of people where also complaining the same thing, that the company overdeducted them more that the agreed amount, which is also another set of evidence to back up my claim. So now I need your advice and Solution 1. Is it possible to get Remita to prevent this guy's from debiting me automatically again, since they bridge contract and how do I go about this
2. Can I sue this guy's to court for bridge of contract Cause I have more than enough evidence to nail this guy's to the cross? Also I can get testifiers or witnesses who were also over deducted. Also how can I get a lawyer, I am based in Abuja. Below are screenshot comment of other people complaining the same thing, so from the looks of it this company has never been sued before, so that's why they are still stealing from Nigerians.
