The stomach doesn't care about the hotness or coldness...only just the NUTRIENTS from the food you're eating.

If the food needs to be hot for the nutrients to come out when ingested into your stomach, then fine

if not, you're deceiving yourself nutrient wise eating hot food

Rice and ewedu = carbohydrates and vitamins

yam and moi moi (carbohydrates and protein)
