Dey play. The Supreme Court is going to send ADC case back to the FHC for proper hearing. There is no any judgment for the Supreme Court to rule upon. The FHC was not allowed to give judgment on the case before David Mark rushed to the Court of Appeal instead of challenging Balas case. The opposition is highly unorganised. They actually goofed by not forming a new party. The Supreme Court will certainly send the case back to the Federal High Court for proper hearing and adjudication because there is no judgment appealed against so properly speaking. The FHC asked them to come and challenge Bala's case, instead they rushed to the Court of Appeal. Obi made a very serious mistake of leaving the LP. By now, he would have set up his presidential campaign committee instead of rushing to Ibadan to beg Seyi Makinde to give him VP. same for Kwankwaso. He has no business leaving his former party.
