seunmsg: lol. The 2025 electoral act is not applicable to the case as it was filed before the law was passed. The court has jurisdiction to hear the case if it has to do with ADC not following its own constitution. Should we also say that companies should pay their 2025 tax based on the old tax laws since the new tax law started in 2026? You are wrong, once a law is passed, it takes effect immediately otherwise, we have cases in court that are over 5 years old. Apart from that, the Supreme Court rules on interference with political parties issues was also based on the old electoral act notbeven the new. |

There is no way they can deny this with all the evidence flying all over the media.
How do you deny an account that uses your phone number, same email address in your own letter head, same Unijos official email address as a backup email, an account with your own personal name etc. He simply lacks credibility and highly partisan. If Reno and Bwala can deny ever calling Tinubu names, this one is a small case.

If anyone else wakes up tomorrow and claim to be the new chair any of any political party then the INEC should also accept such move? Bunch of clownish bench jokers. Moreover, the ones trying to take over this ADC, were not party members hence the quoted law does not apply in this situation. The law is in regards to party members having issues among themselves. In this situation, you have people who were not party members trying to take over a party. But your god in Aso Rock made the law and signed the law within 24hours. You thought you were being smart then. Where were you when the opposition was kicking against the new electoral act? 10yrs from now. This impunity you support will also hunt you |

Have you heard that Igbos have no king? The dey Obi pretends to become a king, he will lose his support base. He is simply a decent man beyond your comprehension |

Okoyeeboz: Peter obi raised the hands of a candidate in anambra and not only did Soludo's candidate beat her, she came 3rd, behind APC.
Last election when LP was on the ballot, Apga still won majority of the state HOA seats.
Since the Presidential election, how many seats have Obi helped win in anambra? Tell us.
Obi is a Ronaldo to political failures. No one calls Obi a king maker,he did not contest against Soludo. So your logic is flawed. No one said anyone in Obi's party wins an election. Obi made APGA what the party is on Anambra and no party has been able to dislodge the party in Anambra whether PDP, APC or Labour Party. |

It is like an ex-coach of Real Madrid goes and meets the coach of Blackburn and tells him to resign and hand over to him just like that. NO resort to the board, no investor input, the Blackburn coach just decides on his own who to hand over. How does it even make sense?
If all the exco resign at the same time, it makes sense for an interim management from the old members to take over or the NEC takeover, not total strangers. Do you know what NWC and NEC of a party mean? When you hear consensus candidate, what do you think happened? |
