Hi, I have a 2006 LR3. Mileage is about 120k miles. No known fault at the moment but the hand brake doesn't work which is quite minor in my opinion. How much will you offer for it?

Thanks for your questions... will respond to each one of them.

The building is at Ikota... infact it's in Megamound Estate.

Like is shown in the very first set of pics i shared, the terrain is largely swampy

The major challenge faced on this project was the terrain because in spite of the swampy nature of the soil, we still had to dig to get to relatively solid ground upon which the foundation was laid. This challenge was however totally surmounted once we were done with the foundation.
The other alternative would have been for us to sand fill and wait for some 2 years for the soil to compact well... unfortunately, our client did not have the luxury of time.
Other challenges include the budget i.e we were constrained for cash from the start to the finish... i guess this is common with most clients.

As for the cost estimate, i would rather not go into that now as every project is perculiar to itself... whatever estimates i put here might discourage some prospective client but that info you can get if u call or send a private msg to me.

The height of the foundation for this project is 1.8metres and we dug to hit solid ground...

Thanks a million for your questions... really appreciate u
Thanks for the update but I think most people are more interested in the cost breakdown/estimates and maybe basic challenges and lessons from the project. Like you rightly said, each project with its peculiarity but just posting pictures showing various levels of construction is common here already.

finally useless jonathan has been booted out. I don't know why people are celebrating that clueless mofo for congratulating the peoples general. Like what do people expect gej to do? Anyway may God guide and protect the peoples general cheesy
That act looked simple but trust me, it is not in our leaders to accept defeat easily. Buhari in 2011 didn't accept hence the loss of lives up north. If Jonathan had kept quiet or showed any sign of non acceptance, some disgruntled persons would have caused trouble and lives will be lost for no reason. He has done his part and moved on, we should all move on and allow the change process to start. God bless Nigeria

Interesting but funny thread.....Lagos is the model city but I have 4 basic questions for Lagosians and please answer honestly;

1. How many of us have Government water running through our pipes (water)
2. How many of us can send our kids to public schools.....Primary & Secondary (Education)
3. How many Kilometers of new roads have been added to the existing ones (Transport) built pre 1999?
4. How many of us can comfortably use the general hospitals (Health)

Taiwo- first born of twins. Commonly believed to be the younger "spiritually" and to have been sent by the other twin to test the waters/earth first to see if it was good.

Kehinde: the younger of twins but traditionally, considered the older who delayed coming a bit and sent taiwo out first.

Idowu- younger sibling of twins

Alaba- younger sibling of Idowu

Idogbe- younger sibling of alaba

Ajayi- child was born facing downwards

Ojo- male child born with its umbilical cord around its neck

Aina-female version of ojo

Oke- child born with the amniotic sac intact

Ige- breech presentation, child born legs first instead of head first

Dada- child who has dreads or tightly curled hair

Ilori- child conceived in the absence of a previous menstruation (?)

Olugbodi- child born with six fingers
Aina isn't the female verson of Ojo. Ijebus don't bear the name "Ojo" but name a male child with his umblical cord round his neck Aina; I don't know why though. My name is Aina and I am a man.....hahahahaha. Heard Ainas/Ojos are very stubborn. What is the relationship?

Sumtime i ask myself, how did we get 2 dis suitation.
Ow 2 ruin your company.
Employ gej to manage it 4 u.

March4buhari
That is a big question.....How did we get here? It is far far far beyond GEJ or any one person. A house does not burn while the landlord lounges with indifference. No doubt, Buhari has been a force to reckon with, a big contender but as a former minister, Ex- Head of State, Retired General, Elder statesman, Respected in the North (In 2011, he had 12.2m votes), what has he done personally to curb or address Boko Haram's madness. Before you blast me .....Obasanjo as ex presido did his part and had meetings to investigate the cause, demands and solutions. I don't have anything against Buhari but he is overhyped. How many youths has he employed? How many schools has he built in the North? How many Hospitals has he built, how has he helped to educate the vulnerable northern youths from radicalism etc...If you are able to answer these questions, probably I will March4Buhari but till then, I will stick to the devil I know.

APC..."Change"....Lagos is the "model state".....But how many of us can boast of the basic amenities in the "working Lagos". How many have government water flowing through their pipes, or can send kids to the government public schools or fall ill and use the general hospitals.
Christianity EtcRe: No PVC, No Communion, Rev. Uma Ukpai Tells Congregation by phocuyelu: 9:45pm On Feb 19, 2015
For those who know him, he has a very good sense of humor. Most of you guys are quick to judge and condemn without cross examining facts....he didn't ask anyone to vote for a particular party or candidate, as their spiritual father, he encouraged his members to get involved.

Nice one Rev
