i quite agree, mine fell face down yesterday and i was too scared to pick it up cos i thought the screen would have broken, but it didn't .....great build quality from gionee

The Gionee splus is my favorite android right now. Camera is superb. Love it. It's worth 40k and even more.

I have used several android phones and tecno phantom 5 was the worst of them. After only a month, I started experiencing several problems. Gionee products are never like that. You can expect top quality for the price you're paying. I used a z3, currently using an splus and I've seen the p5w in use. Don't be deceived. Go for quality and durability.

exactly!!!!! even their so called flagship is a flop. i cant even deal with the camera of the phantom5. even the lowest of other brands perform way better in low light. i got a camcon because of the advert. they made it seem like it was the best camera ever, i bought the phone and i was so dissapointed. since that day, i bacame a tecno hater

This is very hard to believe, first time i'm hearing a report of this nature. Are you sure you did not buy aba made? It's always best to buy from online retail stores like jumia or konga or from gionee's branch offices. Anyway, if you have a warranty on the phone, you can get it fixed and brand new

I bought Gionee M2 mini last week and the battery is not working as it should.
First,I charged the battery fully and used the phone untill the battery was flat.When I was to charge the battery, I noticed that charging started from 46% instead from the usual 1% and this situation persists till now.
I do not think I will use Gionee products again.This new phone of mine has been disappointing,at least battery wise.

I'm just tired of Tecno fans always arguing all over Nairaland whenever a thread of another android phone comes up. If you like mediocrity, fine, but don't harass us with it.

And this is what people fail to understand. HTC phones usually have lower MP than Samsung phones and can still compete with picture quality.

Tecno is a good phone no doubt, but you can't deny that it comes with a lot of bugs. Ive used tecno twice and i was always going to the repair shop. Plus the camera is a scam. I know what i'm saying, especially the phantom.

I choose the Soc (MT6735) on a phone First, Soc determines every other specs,
Also Note the 5MP can record 1080p Video telling you its quality,
Battery is not an issue (2000Mah), it depends on how the power management on phones.

All for 19k. Is there a better bargain than this? I think not
