It is no longer news that the Corona virus pandemic has crippled a lot of economic activities around the world. While governments are struggling with providing relief materials for their citizens, benevolent individuals such as our CEO, Dr. Mercy Uwakwe has constantly put smiles on people's faces amidst the hardship. With relief materials, especially in form of cash, the Mercy Wave Foundation has reached out to Nigerians both within the country and in diaspora.
Amongst the current beneficiaries are two Nigerian doctors in the USA, who because of the pandemic, were unable to continue working. The beneficiaries received over $75,000 and couldn't hide their delight as they appreciated the CEO for such a wonderful gesture.
The foundation also went a step further to employ a good number of people that lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic and were left with no other source of livelihood, these Nigerians abroad are currently receiving salaries from Dr Mercy Seaphrora Uwakwe. Cash awards were also sent to over 50 Nigerians in the US.
In Nigeria, no less than 50 people have been touched by the wave movement. With a lockdown of the major economic states in the country, citizens have witnessed untold hardship and the relief materials have been very helpful to aid survival during the pandemic. The Foundation carried out a successful outreach in Imo state, where they delivered relief items to market women and is planning on an even bigger one in Abia State. The foundation has also given out cash awards to various individuals based on their needs.
The CEO of Mercy Wave Conglomerate, Princess Dr. Mercy Seaphrora Uwakwe, who hails from Igbere in Abia State, has promised to continue in her kindly philanthropic nature with more programs and relief materials to be given to her followers. Congratulations to the winners MercyWave10: Philanthropist and Humanitarian Dr Mercy Uwakwe has, through the Mercy Wave Conglomerate, awarded full university scholarships to two more students.
The Conglomerate which is an NGO sponsored by Dr Uwakwe, a medical doctor, aims to reward students by giving them scholarships that cover their full tuition for their tertiary education. The scholarship is awarded on a weekly basis after an initial registration period, that is a whooping 8-10 scholarships awarded monthly!
In addition, the Mercy Wave Conglomerate also encourages young entrepreneurs through the Mercy Wave Conglomerate Youth Empowerment Program which awards 1million naira weekly to young buzzing entrepreneurs to start up their business. God bless you for this kind act... MercyWave10: As the coronavirus pandemic ravages across continents, the altruistic philanthropist Princess Dr. Mercy Seaphrora Uwakwe IV, through her foundation established the Stay Safe Campaign.
The goal of Mercy Wave Stay Safe Campaign is to ensure the safety and wellness of the underserved and marginalized communities during the coronavirus pandemic.
In the Stay Safe Campaign Outreaches, Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe Foundation also called the Mercy Wave Foundation give out numerous free hand sanitizers, nose masks and dettols to individuals in these undeserved and marginalized areas.
The Mercy Wave Foundation also creates awareness and educate the privileged about coronavirus, its pathogenesis, prevention, and ultimately how to stay safe .
This past week, the Stay Safe Campaign was initiated at Umudibia Community Secondary School, Nekede and at several local markets in Imo States. The team from Mercy Wave Foundation gave out many hand sanitizers, nose masks and dettols to the students and market sellers. They also educated them.
Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe Foundation help to ease the tension, anxiety and fear amongst these students.

Wow! This is beautiful MercyWave10: Application for the Mercy Wave Conglomerate Full University Scholarship has begun in earnest. The Foundation awards full university scholarships on a weekly basis to Nigerian students as one of her humanitarian services. The scholarship offers a grant aimed towards catering for the tuition fees of successful applicants.
Intending applicants are hereby informed that the application portal has been reopened.
Who is eligible: Every Nigerian undergraduate and Masters Student is eligible. Preference will not be given to a high CGPA score, rather the quality of your essay submitted in the course of registration determines the winners.
