Has your passport moved from SAHC to VFS? If it has, you probably should go to VFS today, don't wait for their call or email.

You can submit tomorrow, note the following however:-

i. Your online statement won't work. Go to the bank and have them print, stamp and sign all the pages of your account statement. In addition to the reference letter.

ii. Your friend's ID should be certified by the police in South Africa.

If you have the correct documents, and your application is straightforward, it may be granted. Note that your personal and economic circumstances are also factors that'll determine the issuance of a visa.

Thank you so much @Africankel. I checked my status today and it shows rejected and I didn’t get any email on why this was rejected. Please any suggestions on how I can go about resolving this. Thank you

Please how do I check the validity/ authenticity of my Yellowcard. I got it in 2022 . It seems the Yellowcard website to check the bar code is no longer working and I don’t want the yellowcard to in anyway affect my application. Please is there a way to resolve this? Thank you

Please is there a minimum amount to have in our bank statement for the purpose of this application, also can I share an investment account instead of a regular transacting account.

Please do you think tomorrow is still ok to submit my application as I am currently missing a bank reference letter and my online bank statement has only a stamp not signature which I feel wouldn’t work based of the information on this thread. Also my purpose of visit is to see my friend and tourism. My friend is an SA resident and has given me invitation letter, his utility bill and proof of ID and accommodation. Please is there anything you think I need to add that might better support my application. As a denial might affect my reapplication since I’ll be pressed for time.

Please is there a way to email or contact you personally. I will like to ask a question about my profile. I need to be in SA by July 25th and I am trying to book the evisa with VFS today or tomorrow but I don’t know if this will work with my expected need. Also I need guidance to avoid a denial as the 15 days tenure of getting the visa is extremely close to my July 25th need so I might not be able to reapply.
