I went to etisalat experience centre @okota road to recharge my data on Monday, 11th July 2016 around 12pm. The lady (Mariam) I met there did it for me and even opened Google and showed me she has done it. On getting home I discovered that all the data and even the bonus they gave me have been wiped off. Getting there the next day, the lady promised that it will be resolved in 24hrs and even gave me her personal line to call her. To my suprise I received a 700 credit from 09083405244. I called the lady immediately, then she told me to add 300 airtime to it so she could do the data for me again. I need my data back. This got me really angry.
