I just lost my respect for all of them now they are all bunch of f*oo*ls and I*diats to think that we are not wise especially the Mr "some results have been approved and we are working on it". This protests for don start since June self N*ANSENSE. ASUU strike is now their excuse they can help us if they want to ASUU strike or no ASUU strike. Where is the Great institutions influence? shrimati: Gud muny, of the greatest Ife. I salute the courage and act of bravery of the OAU students who answered the wake up call to fight the battle of their lives yesterday. We once again took the MGT to the standstill even with their efforts to make sure the protest did not see the light of the day. We were able to dispel the rumours on FB that some results have been approved. With what's on ground now much depends on ASUU calling off the strike. Those of us around knew what ASUU chairman OAU branch told us on phone and when we later met him one on one. Without much ado or rethorics nor playing with words our chances of BATCH C is a balance chance of 50:50 which is even dampened with the latest ASUU meeting with FG. To the brave ones, the struggles continue, never give up, when we fight we might just win but when you retreat is an acceptance of defeat. Hopheyemmy, I salute ur courageous attitude yesterday, u are indeed a comrade.

WinnieDPooh: Mehn the briefing was long i wish i could copy and paste but lemme just summarize into numbers 1-3.

(1) The University CSO spoke on behalf of the principal officers of the University. He said efforts are being made by the university management to ensure that we are mobilised for Batch C.

(2) They went to ASUU secretariat in other to tell them to allow the University Senate to sit and approve pending results but none of them were around.

(3) They proceeded to DSA building and met madam DSA who even danced to their revolutionary songs lol, she received them warmly...telling them that the University management wrote a letter to NYSC for more time. She said the ASUU strike was a major hindrance to our mobilisation and have refused to allow the university management to approve pending results. She assured them that the university management will do everything within their powers to see that we are mobilised for Batch C.

...am still nt okai wit this, what do we expect schl mangmt 2 say in the first place....i jst pray n hope we make dis nov batch, and tnx 2 all peepz dat made the protest a reality.......wondaful mornin 2 y'all....

Am not sure but I think the senate had a sitting around april when we got a new governing council so I wonder why such an issue was not raised. Besides this what is the Dsa doing about this afterall they are involved in nysc stuff. Don't stay quiet cos as regards ASUU strike no is happening that sounds positive so if you know people who can help then begin to pester them if not next batch no sure as well om
