Please I need clarifications on some issues:

1. Can someone that learnt computer engineering in Ikeja apply for express entry?

2. After learning, I have been working and will soon graduate with OND in computer engineering. Can I use my post learning experience to claim work experience.

3. Someone that was fined by road safety for not using seat belt declare it when submitting application?

4. Someone that was arrested for walking late at night in his area, detained but released the following morning declare it when submitting application.
