the other point is located at the top of d building enter d building with d helicopter...you have to climb some stairs to reach the other points once you are inside the building be careful though cos the workers will attack the heli

d patch file and obb file are supposed to be inside d folder com.gta sa bla bla bla move dat folder to android/obb
