Engineerboat with multiple monicker. This was the thread you created about Obaseki yrs ago. PDP Tax collectors. You can't use another monicker to promote the same Obaseki to deceive the Gullible fellow again

lexy2014:In 2016. Engineerboat created a thread when Obaseki was in APC, he created a thread about Obaseki. Back to 2020, the PDP agent is denying the same thread he created in 2016. Engineerboat is a serial PDP pay as you go agent

Nchenches:The scope of building bridges are different. You can't compare a bridge that is constructed on a road with a bridge that is constructed in a deep River. Sometimes bridges are restricted only to carry just only small vehicle. The second Niger is constructed in a River and meant to carry heavy lorry and heavy equipment lorries. |

engineerboat:You are naturally born to lie. You have no shame. We will deliver 2nd Niger Bridge and other major national projects on schedule – Julius Berger MD assures Reps The Managing Director of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Engr. Dr. Lars Richter, has confidently stated that his company is “working on schedule, meeting and exceeding planned construction milestones and will deliver the 2nd Niger Bridge, Abuja-Kano road, and Lagos-Shagamu expressway projects as contracted”. Addressing the House of Representatives Committee on Works on Thursday at the National Assembly, Abuja, Richter noted that Julius Berger has mobilized all needed resources, human and material, including new technologies, to ensure successful completion of the projects as scheduled. He emphasized that the contracts for the three priority projects of the Federal Government were duly and lawfully awarded to Julius Berger, assuring that the multinational would complete them in good time for commissioning. Earlier, the Chairman of the Committee, Honourable Abubakar Kabir Abubakar, stated that his committee is interested in inquiring into what procurement process Julius Berger went through for the award of the contracts for the projects; the cost each of the projects were awarded for; and their contracted delivery timeframes. Abubakar also noted a perception of “slow pace of work” on the major projects. Responding, Richter explained that Julius Berger duly secured the contracts for the projects. According to him, as a multinational of global repute, Julius Berger went through lawful and transparent bidding processes for the projects and won the bids as objectively determined by the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Works and other public entities involved in the processes. In his words, “We are an engineering contracting company, and as a going business concern, we reasonably bid for projects, but we are not by law part of the official procurement process that is the statutory duty of the Ministry.” The Julius Berger henchman emphasized that the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) duly issued letters of ‘No Objection’ for the projects as required by extant procurement law. In Richter’s words, “It is the Ministry of Works that receives a Letter of No Objection to any contract; not our company. Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) itself vets the rates contractors submit to the Ministry, and the Ministry again takes the rates vetted by the BPP to the Federal Executive Council for approval by the President-in-Council. Julius Berger is not at all entitled to a say in the process apart from the submission of our bid for a project with the Ministry. In the circumstance, I therefore cannot and did not say Julius Berger did not follow due process of award for the projects. We lawfully bidded for the jobs and were duly awarded the projects.” The high point of the hearing was Dr. Richter’s assurance to the Committee that Julius Berger is guided by the contracts for the projects and working assiduously to deliver them on schedule for commissioning. I don't understand . SE wants APC presidential ticket. Same SE wants PDP presidential ticket. Na waaa for this kind clever by half attitude ooo |
helinues:And 10 RUGA sites, 2 each in SE state. You cant run on our Islamic party without giving us RUGA |
The question remains, will SE vote for APC if the presidential ticket is zoned to SE? Will all know the answer |
VisaGold:Use your sense for once |
Osagyefo98:You have left the the message. Why should Edolites vote for party of Tax collectors? |
3 credit Gov has no achievement to campaign with. What a shame |
Nairalandmonika:Single shame Una no get |
flyingpig:This would have been family affairs under your loving Tax collectors party. It would have not come to public knowledge. Remember the probe was to unravel the stealing in NDDC since 2001 |
Nairalandmonika:Jonathan birthed it and after spending close to 6 yrs in office, what he could still show you was the prototype of the project? Who has bewitched Una? I am not surprised Efulefu like you once said nothing like second Niger bridge. That PMB was just deceiving u. |
Golan007:That's his nature. The lad is just being clever by half |
engineerboat:If you have single element of truth in your life. Compare the video you sent to me after PDP spent 16 yrs in Govt And compare the same video with just 5 yrs of APC govt in power. Bearing in mind crude was at $100/ $100 with the present less than $35 of crude. Like I said you have no shame https://www.facebook.com/110449427333507/posts/126882979023485/?sfnsn=scwspwa&extid=hRW6Uk90EHK8HN5r&d=w&vh=e That is present video of second Niger bridge. Compare the 2 https://www.facebook.com/110449427333507/posts/126882979023485/?sfnsn=scwspwa&extid=hRW6Uk90EHK8HN5r&d=w&vh=e Compare the two video . Born to lie PDP agent |
Nairalandmonika:And he spent N10b for the design? No wonder he said stealing was not corruption |
engineerboat:You are clever by half. On what exactly did he spend the N10b on? You are shameless Tax collectors
|
engineerboat:Keep quiet. The question is simple. On what did he spend the N10b on. If in January 2015, he came to campaign, in Anambra. He didn't go to the site of the project but went to show us prototype and claimed to have spent N10b without any feasible project
|
engineerboat:Are you this silly? You claimed to have spent N10b on a project and yet when you came to campaign in 2014/ Nov. You didn't go to the site of the project, but you still came to show us the prototype aspect of it. The question is, on what did you spend the N10b on?
|
engineerboat:When you spent N10b on project and you still came to commission the prototype aspect of it in November 2014. Are you this silly? |
