Please house,I have some questions to ask. Since the day I missed my period I have been having cramps, although it is mild but I couldn't rule it out. Doctor gave me some antibiotics for uti and ulcer. I am done but no changes. What could be wrong?

Secondly from my scan,I should be 7weeks and 4 days now and the only drug I take is folic acid. I don't know anything that's to be done at this stage. Please help out. Thank you

is too early for scan to see, go back again in 2 to 3 weeks time, scan will see the baby sac. it happened to me too and doctor advised me same before any thing. I wish you stress-free pregnancy and safe delivery.

Good morning all. This is my first time being pregnant and I am really excited however I do not know Jack about pregnancy. I missed my period for 13 days and tested on Monday evening around 6 and I saw two lines. I used about six strips from different vendors and the following day I made sure to buy two more and used that with my early urine. I did blood test twice and it also positive but scan showed nothing. Please mamas in the house what could be wrong please? And I also have stomach pains,no other symptoms of pregnancy.
