I came across this thread couple of days ago and this would be my first time knowing something like this exist.

I have gone through some thread created in 2016. If I am to go through the thread from page one to 3k+ as at today, I don't know when I would likely finish it to get equipped.

My concern is, this thread was created in 2016 and I'm certain some approach or strategy must have changed. Going through recent thread I read where people use Claude AI.

Pls I would really appreciate if someone could point me to the right direction so I don't spend so much time learning old approach. Are the strategy still the same or things have changed? If there are changes where in the thread can I possibly start from in the thread as a newbie.

The church headquarters, fix today to listen to both parties but instead of the leadership to listen to the pastor today, na Royal Rangers (Assemblies of God Mopol) naim pastor and his wife see wey come bracket them for inside church immediately after service finish and begin to drive them out of the church, naim pastor con begin resist say him no go comot from the church while asking watin be his offense? Na so them take start to kponse pastor, his wife and their son until them spray teargas for their eyes right inside the church.

As at the time of this report, we never hear from the leadership of the Ughelli Assemblies of God, but the leadership dey deny say no be them send the royal Rangers.

Further findings reveal say this no be the first time wey them dey kponse this pastor for this church and this pastor don first faint for alter one day.

This pastor don dey serve this ministry for almost 40yrs now and e remain just 4yrs for am to retire.

1. If he stopped breathing, there is no way oxygen or nebulizer would have worked.
2. If he was asthmatic, the doctor won't have said, even if na incompetent doctor, that he just needs air, at least a shot of hydrocort is a good place to start.

Firstly, each audio is 0.4-0.6mb. Even accounting for overhead, that's 300mb/day, so about 9gb/mo. 4k (aday's pay) can get you 15gb/mo (on Airtel), which is more than enough for a month's workload. Again, 1 day's pay can get you enough data to do the role for 1 month.

Second, it really does take 3-4 hours to complete.

That average is based off stats from dozens of reviewers in Nigeria (most of whom have unstable power supply) doing this role over the past few weeks. That's before considering that most people get faster with practice, so you end up spending 2.5-3 hours once you get the hang of it. I've also done it many times, because I wouldn't offer people a role I couldn't complete, and I get 300 audios done in 2-2.5 hours. Note that the audios are already transcribed (your job is to make sure those transcriptions are accurate), and you can play audios at 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, or 2x speed, which further condenses your real-world review time.

I know that might seem little to some, but that's ₦120k/mo for (at most) 4-5 hours of work daily (closer to 2-3 once you get good at it). Even without considering that the role is completely remote, that's much better than what most entry-level jobs offer.

If you still think it's too much to ask, that's fair; I can't compel you to do it, but I'd rather have this done by us (so we reap the benefits) than ship it off to China where it can be done in labor farms for a fraction of the cost.

Hope this clarification helps anyone with similar concerns to yours. 😄

And to accurately do this, one is required to replay about 2-3 times and in most cases more than that. If there is anyone who U have hired that can claim they transcribe 300 audios within a day and not even 3-4 hrs, tell them to come here and prove me wrong. What U wrote are complete statistical jargons far from reality.
