The telcos will START giving attention to resuming the registration and reactivations of new and existing SIMs from next week, after having been formally authorised by the NCC less than 48 hours ago. From media announcement to formal authorisation took an unexpected 2 weeks. So, once they commence that activity we shall release the expected kick-off date for May, please. Apologies for the delays.
