Who beasts Israel on that list in terms of military might aside USA? Then about other indexes who beats Israel there when it comes to cyber warfare, human capital, AI, science and the rest? Even USA dont come close in most of these indexes compare to Israel

More or less, are we saying the same thing?
I mentioned, why some country is above Isreal which is the reason i mentioned, a lot of factors and not just military might were considered in making this list.

I watched that scene where he mentioned the wire tapping. It's funny to me that our NSA's phone can be tapped. If that's the case, 100% Mr President's phone is tapped too. The NSA which is modeled after similar office in the USA has just one function, protection of the President/Presidency. If the NSA is compromised in that form, then certainly the president is too.

***After watching that scene I couldn't help but laugh hysterically! You may ask, why did laugh? For the NSA they are the secret police of the country, they gather intelligence and also, block all loopholes for intelligence leakage, for the President/Presidency to do his job of governing the country, and if the person in charge of such office is the weak link, then he has FAILED.

With politicization of such matter, I wouldn't be surprised to hear next that some threat actors from Russia, China, North Korea, Iran or some of the crooked hackers from the former Soviet block have started snooping around and making away with our State secret. Isn't Egypt an African country? I'm thinking, this list isn't just about miliary might but a combination of a lot factors like, economic strength, defense, cyber warfare, education, human capital development, projection around the world and so on.. Because if it was about just military strength, I dont think Saudi Arabia should be about Israel and Singapore shouldn't be on the list.

There is something called offline-to-online protocol. At the end of election, the election officers scans and upload the result to INEC's central server. Whether there is network at the polling unit or not isn't a problem. With the offline-to-online protocol, once the system gets to where there is network, the election result automatically uploads itself to INEC's central server.
