I have be trying to create a UKVI account, unfortunately when i get to the security code being sent to my number i don't get it until the time runs out. What could be the issue and how do i go about resolving it before i take off?

Secondly, do i need a transit visa for Rwandair from Lagos to London, to layover at Kigali?

Please this question is directed to those in the UK 🙏.
I was about sending accommodation fees to a landlord in the UK, but my bank requires his IBAN number which the landlord said he doesn't have or rather, they don't use it in the UK. Now, I'm skeptical of sending him the money through a naira account he wants to give me for the payment.
I told him that I'm ready to pay for 2-3 months rent upfront when I arrive. He didn't agree at first but just today, he said no problem on my request.
I have never met him before and I wanted to ask those already living in the UK if they believe or think this is real or am I falling into the wrong hands?
Please someone knowledgeable with such should kindly assist me to understand this situation and if I have nothing to worry about.

Biometrics on 16th july and got an email on the 18th July that they are still processing the application and aims to make decisions within 15 working days..no decisions yet.

Pls does anyone have an idea of when its likely to hear/read from vfs regarding my passport?

I also tried to create a UKVI account to check my evisa to no avail. SMS Security code not dropping. What could be the problem?

Please for dependant visa , if you are using bank statement as proof of living together, is it a recent transaction date I need to print it or 2 years ago own ? This is as regard evidence of living together.

Some say his death certificate and letter of sole custody & responsibility, others are saying, no need.

Exactly o, youkayy is trying to restrict many students as a result of controlling immigration.
It is seriously getting out of hand, both home and abroad is getting tougher. May God be with us... Up till now CAS never show for more than a month now,

I applied for mres at university of Gloucestershire for September intake but with the look of things , no CAS has been issued and also I checked the updated schools with sponsorship at ukvi website , the university name is not included . Does it mean the government has redrawn their license to sponsor student ? Note have paid my tuition deposit, thanks!

I've sent up to 8 emails with no favorable feedback, they only promise 24-48hrs each time. That's the new thing university of Sunderland is doing, they also want to know when the account was opened

Thanks for the good job here, pls did anyone have an issue with globus bank issuing a reference letter, the bank has been delaying me for the past two weeks as that is the only document left to fully complete my CAS shield.

If they had told me it's impossible, I could have transferred out my money to other banks, but they kept posting me day after day. Pls any idea about what I can do
