What should I do to setup my email, I can't use bbm without setting it up

mep4 is service provider code. The code is use for unlocking some bb locked to a particular service provider.

Are you on BES?

I don't know what bes means but I came in plan, how to insert the mep4? I can't setup my email, I thought it is bcuz of the lock, but it didn't change at all
