Côte d’Ivoire asking the French military to withdraw from 43 eme Bima does not change the fact that France still owns Côte d’Ivoire and they controls most of things in the country even the president is their puppet.

The current president Alassane Ouattara came to power in 2010 with the help of France against the wishes of majority who still prefer Former President Laurent Gbagbo.

The Airport, seaport, presidential villa, water co-operation, orange telecommunications, electricity and even most of the bridges in Côte d’Ivoire are still own up to 60% by France of which the proceeds are shared 60% for France and 40% for Côte d’Ivoire. The presidential villa in Yamoussokro which is the administrative capital is owned 100% by Côte d’Ivoire but the government still operates from Abidjan the Economic capaital where they pay rent to France.

I don't understand the politics behind asking France to withdraw from their military base in Côte d’Ivoire and I believe the France must have a hidden agenda. The presidential been a France puppet does not have the courage to ask France military to quit because he's still in power today because of France influence.

Concluding without evidence that IRCC message to him is based on fake documents is not part of understanding the basic steps.

Based on your explanation, if a biometric correspondence letter was sent on July 5th and the agent missed it, and then a second passport request letter followed and the agent still missed it, it's clear the agent is not being truthful. I forgive your ignorance in this case because you don’t need to be a visa officer to understand these basic steps. The agent is clearly lying!

How did you know the content of the letter IRCC sent to him on July 5th. Are you now the visa officer. I am not trying to defend the agent or anyone here but let's encourage one another not adding more injuries to someone's pain.

The truth is that IRCC sent him a message on July 5th which could be approval or refusal. You cannot conclude yet until he come back here and let us know what the message is all about.

Agent Using ur phone numver and email for biometric booking does not mean the agent use ur email for the actual application on ircc website!
