Thank you for your in put and sorry about the confusion. The COS is genuine and the visa application completed properly, I assisted my family to completed two skilled visa application one was granted (no interview) and other one refused after unsuccessful interview. The employer believed the applicant wasn't prepared very well for the interview that was the reason the visa application was refused.. Should the applicant still reapply? can the applicant still use ihs fees paid in refused visa application please? not yet refunded. Or should AR is the best option please? |
2) Is it still advisable for the applicant to reapply again ?as this was the suggestion from the employer, Reason for the refusal was that the applicant could not explain some of the questions and therefore they concluded on a probability the applicant is not suitable for the job .The employer believed the applicant wasn't prepared very well for the interview. Job Title : Graphic Designer 3) IHS fees is not yet refund ,should the applicant want to reapply, does another IHS fee required please? if no how does it going to work?1 Apologies message sent in error. 1) Can the employer assign the CoS to another applicant ?should if the applicant is not interested to reapply due to fear of being rejected again and as the employer still require someone to work for them |
After cancelling from online dash board Sep 16th ,email was received within Tls contact that travel is ready for collection.Afterwards email received from UKVI on Sep 19th that Visa application fee will not be refunded because biometric has been registered. After sending withdrawal mail, How long it is taking to accept it by uk? also have you got any mail for refund? In refund mail, is there any amount mentioned?
|
HanryJon:I believed it doesn't matter whether you withdraw online, or not, once you have registered your bionetric your visa application fee is not refundable. https://www.gov.uk/cancel-visa/get-refund |
