But I have taken a shuttle bus and walked up the stairs to a Lufthansa flight in Frankfurt Germany, doesn't mean Frankfurt Airport don't have boarding bridges. If all the gates are full passengers will be boarded or disembarked using shuttle buses. It happens all over the world, and if you are a frequent flyer you will know.
