The Team Lead Customer Service is next to the Head Service Support in the branch. Branch operations are split into 2 so to say; frontline, and back office. the TLCS supervises frontline staff while the HSS supervises back office staff and the TLCS. Yes its possible to be offered that but know that at that level you are an HSS in the making.

How long maximum does it take before one receives his offer letter, this is after haven done the test, interview and documentation..
