Yeas, very true. I just found out that they shared to people related to their demised officers and specialist like nurses, admin officers and the likes not general duties, and its always like that.
The only new thing to this is only the family members of the officers that lost their lives, but for the admin officers its always like that.

Letters were shared from December to 1st week of January.... Is more like replacement.

I'm not arguing, but appointment letters are shared after or toward the conclusion of the training. Pls verify from your source.
