1.5mm- 8R 8B 4G ( ultimately dependent on the final number of external and perimeter lighting points you choose to have)

2.5mm- 4R 4B 2G

4mm - 2R 2B

10mm - earthing should typically require some metres, for a bungalow. you might want to speak to your​ man about that.

16mm- Load cable ..dependent on the location of the Distribution board relative to your C/over and meter points. Going by your intended layout, this should also require some metres.

I will advise you deal with honest seller that will supply you what you paid for without insult! Ekwe18 supplied me doors with same frame. He changed the design I choose after I sent money to his account! He supplied doors with same frames! When I complained he told me my business is not a millionaire deal ( 2 turkey doors 4ft - N130k and 3ft - N95k and 1 American panel door N22.5k), so I should stop crying. The frames are still with me. Very rude and insulting! Beware.

One of the other room on the mid floor and the shared bathroom for those two rooms . All of the rooms including master bedroom and living room and kitchen& dining are all the same sizes (24 feet by 15 feet). Only the library/lounge at the uppermost floor is 24 feet by 30 feet .

Why do you think it's not feasible in Nigeria .Everything can start from somewhere. In fact I had the small windows with burglary poof on the ground floor due to security complaints like yours I saw on this forum. Alot of those houses you have in Nigeria are ugly , outdated and simply tacky. This modern design looks small and simple from the outside but large on the inside.
