There is no such rule like that here please. The person that said it’s 700k didn’t show any evidence to it. What you people don’t get is that organizations that don’t generate or bring funds to the federation do not get to the 500k per month threshold. NASRDA has the same salary structure as DSA.

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) oversees all upstream activities.

Midstream encompasses hydrocarbon processing and transportation. Key functions in this segment include the construction and operation of refineries, production of lubricants and petrochemicals, as well as pipeline transportation, trucking, and crude oil terminal operations.

Downstream involves the distribution of petroleum products, depot operations, pricing, retailing, and marketing. The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) regulates both midstream and downstream activities.

When we refer to NUPRC, we are speaking of the upstream division of the former Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), which was established by the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) in August 2021.

NMDPRA refers to the merging of three defunct regulatory agencies following the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021

1. Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA)
2. Petroleum Equalisation Fund (PEF)
3. Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR)
Midstream and Downstream Divisions

Finally, NUPRC offers a slightly better salary and benefits than NMDPRA

The purpose of the recruitment was to take people to orogun but lots of top generals children were involved and those ones aren’t leaving Abuja lol. So going to orogun depends on where your leg stop.

They have resumed officially and have even gotten staff ID’s but they haven’t been captured by ippis or posted to Orogun. You still have chance to push since capturing hasn’t been done. Best way to push is if you have any top general in any force HQ cos that’s how things work in DSA.

You still missed it plutonash. I never said DPR still exists. All I'm saying is that both NUPRC and NMDPRA were a shootout from DPR and they have same salary scale. DPR was a regulator for both downstream, Midstream and upstream oil and gas. If you still don't understand my point then you're too slow and I can't help you.

Now go back and slowly read my post. I said both "were" different departments. I didn't say they existed with the nomenclature of NUPRC and NMDPRA when DPR existed but DPR back then had Midstream and Upstream departments.

Segun, I feel your problem is with life in general, I know you in person and I know your current condition. You don’t have to be here taking it out on others. You didn’t get it right with DSA neither did you get it right with NUPRC or NMDPRA. They aren’t departments under DPR. DPR doesn’t even exist anymore. And both NUPRC and NMDPRA weren’t even in existence when DPR still existed. Segun I understand things are tough but this isn’t the way to go with it.

Nnpc have staff that collect salaries up to 4m a month

Not to be rude but your name speaks a lot about you. GT salary isn’t up to 1.6m. Salary before wasn’t up to 800k, that’s why people were leaving to NUPRC cos NUPRC paid more than a mil but later on they had a salary increment of almost 60%. Salary doesn’t include allowances. Please do your research before speaking. It speaks very little of you as an individual.

You are right Puto999, the guy smartkester love blind argument with passion. Imagine arguing DSS salary , dashing out false information with confidence. He even said he would send pay slip of DSS officer.

At that time, I was in their command, to see a friend , he was just laughing when I told him, that someone said SIO don't earn up to so so amount..

Because smartkester wants to feel relevant on this space, he must put mouth in every discussion ..Hope you no the slogan of DSS , keeping our secrets secret, probably he knows the salary of a junior officer....

I was also surprised too. Cos it’s known that they earn almost the same with efcc but he kept claiming to be in the right.

NIMASA got approval for recruitment last year but they still haven’t done anything concrete on it. Advisably for those with the extra leg should push. Oil and gas are not hot anymore considering the bills BAT is passing. NNPCL GT gets about 1m in salary which is kinda the same as what they get in NIMASA too.

A friend in level 10 earns like 300k+ basic & Hazard allowance of 90-100k+. I asked Moh & that's what he said, but not very sure as of now..

Sir, allowances doesn’t count as salary. That’s why it’s paid separately. It’s at the discretion of the organization. The individual has attacked countless people on this forum saying they are giving misinformation which is exactly what he did here with confidence. The salary is 190k and not 250k like the individual said. Neither the gross nor net is up to 250k.

I’ve been a member of this page since 2022. And I can tell all of you here that information comes in on a daily basis but ever since that individual join, all he does is to disagree with every single informations people contribute to this page and always try to show that he knows it all which isn’t nice. There are a lot of recruitment already happening this year but due to the behavior of that individual, a lot of people prefer not to say because it is childish. Hussein240, Moh and others literally give updates tha haven’t even left FCSC and tell people to push and you start seeing the individual and others saying it’s a lie which can be very annoying cos why will you dispute someone’s information without having anything relevant to contribute and mind you, those people have been actively contributing to this page for years now but one Mr. I KNOW EVERYTHING came and is trying to challenge everyone here. Regarding DSA, I spoke on it last year that the recruitment was about to start and even when they were reaching out to people but that individual is here trying to lead people astray. So imagine coming from a place where you earn 200k+ monthly with a good career progression and you see someone telling you that DSA pays 250k only to end up leaving what you have to see you’re going to be taking less, how will you feel? Point in all I am saying is please, we should know how we talk here. We do not have to have a say in everything that happens if we don’t know and we should talk to people nicely here. That individual has a history of doing the opposite of what I and many other reasonable people here have constantly being saying.

Please, show me an instance where that individual isn’t constantly undermining the information other people are bringing. And the figure there isn’t the gross so stop trying to defend that individual.

The salary is 190k for GL7. And a monthly allowance not more than 71k.

DSA is like a sister to NASRDA. A decent place to work. They enjoy some allowances though. A very organised government agency maybe because it's under the Ministry of Defence. Salary is 250k for starters but like I said they have some allowances aside this Salary

You don’t have to speak on everything. You’re literally spreading misinformation in this page and it isn’t right. You should learn to keep quiet and stop saying what you don’t know. Not to be a ball buster but NEDC already has a list at hand and it’ll be released any time soon. The compiled listed is awaiting release of promoted staffs before being called.

1. First assessment- Online test conducted by SHL the one we are writing next week.
2. Second assessment which is called assessment center - a physical activity done in Lagos, PH and Abuja. You will do 3 activities, group discussion, presentations and one question and answer session (I cannot remember the name of the test). Only successful candidates from the first assessments will be called
3. Successful candidates are given offer letters and unsuccessful candidates are added to waitlist or totally rejected

This is our Package, where I work, a government Parastatal: Salary entry level is N230k, Monthly Allowance N80K, Free accommodation but we only pay 20k monthly for maintenance, Free Bus back and forth, Free Internet, We run on shift, and we get Free Meal everyday 22 times a month, During festive period, it's a must for them to give us Rice and oil, or cash incase the rice and oil is not available, it's a tradition. Once a while we have happy hour, where everybody just sit and dine, During Ramadan fasting or lenting season Christians close 1pm for 40days, and Muslims close also close 1pm until after Ramadan, December period once it's 20th December, We will be divided into 2, first batch will go for holiday break for 10days another batch for 10days also, Our leave is 30 working days, and we have a free Clinic. These are the few I can remember.

Defence space administration does this. And it’s 70k not 80k.

Salary is 250k for starters. No allowance. No upfront. But they come in shifts. I think thrice in a week.

Not necessarily this month but cv’s are being submitted and prayers are being mounted on for the best outcome.

For those that partook in the defence space administration (DSA) ‘recruitment’ , they are sending emails for documentation. Some went yesterday to do theirs.

They just had change in leadership last week. So the new CDSA hasn’t even officially resumed and definitely he’ll try to add his own candidates before shortlisting for apl. So e fit even reach January tbh.
