BluntBoy: Paul claimed to have been converted but he was not of the Twelve. There are only Twelve Apostles who were the pillars. Paul was not among them. He was a Pharisee who claimed to have been converted. Many of his teachings contradicted the words of our Lord. He had problems with the Twelve and soon cut himself off. He began to model his ministry just as the Pharisees. Jesus asked us never to call anyone teacher. The Twelve never asked anyone to call them teachers. But Paul went about equating himself with the Twelve and calling brethren his sons. It is against what Jesus wanted for the Church. Since I've established that you don't believe in the writings of Paul nor his apostleship, I'll conclude there's no point debating with you Only if you'll be sincere to yourself will you see that many things Jesus said cannot be fully grasped till you study the epistles .Jesus said things based on his audience, sometimes harsh words to show the Pharisees the futility of their dependence on their works How do you explain Jesus' statement "except your righteousness exceeds that of the Pharisees you'll by no means enter the kingdom of heaven" |

BluntBoy: It's not my opinion. It is what the Lord says. The church is the body of Christ. And it has only one teacher and pastor who is our Lord Jesus Christ. Anyone who tells you that he is a pastor or teacher in a church (a body of Christ) should be reminded that everyone is equal in the body of Christ. Even if you are one of the most knowledgeable persons in the body, you can't seperate yourself from the others by claiming to have special anointing and by calling yourself a pastor or teacher. This is quite funny, now I see why you're so confused There shouldn't be pastors, evangelists, prophets, teachers, apostles in the church since we all have the same spirit of God It seems to me that you've concluded Paul and other apostles preached a different Gospel than Jesus' Mehnnn, you need time to think and meditate bro I'm beginning to wonder which bible you've been reading |

BluntBoy: So, it is now impossible to follow Christ? What makes it impossible to make heaven in what I have stated The point is though you and i have sentiments about believers taking some things to extremes due to inadequate study to see their new creation realities, we must be careful not to go the other extreme by saying believer's will go to hell for things that become clearer to them as they grow So in your opinion there shouldn't be teachers, pastors and other ministry gifts in the church? |

BluntBoy: Calling your pastor your spiritual father means you are placing him over Jesus.
"And call no man your father on earth, for you have one father, who is in heaven."
The above quote from Matt 23:9 gives you no choice. "Dont"! So, a boy who calls his dad father is also placing him over Jesus according yo your line of reasoning #think |

BluntBoy: My brothers and sisters. Happy Sunday. I have a message for you from our Lord Jesus Christ. I got this message yesterday while reading my Bible during one of my quiet time. Many of you will not like this, but it has to be said. "Narrow is the way... " says our Lord.
You will go to hell because:
You Place Some of Your Brethren Over You and Call them Teachers or Pastors
This goes against the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ who, in Matt 23:8, says "For you have one teacher, and you are all brethren."
Our Lord also says in John 10:16: "So there shall be one flock, one shepherd."
You call Some of Your Brethren Daddy and Father All I can see in your post is ignorance If only you can take more time to think you'll see that according to your own way of interpreting scriptures, only Jesus will make heaven, no other man will. I wonder where you people even get all this hell hell hell stuffs from in the bible. Always read verses in context |
