The report states that, an active soldier has stab a man with a knife right on the chest after an heated argument between the soldier and the man. The soldier brought out a dagger knife and stab the man right on his chest.

According to the video, the man was seen soaked in his own blood and he also hold on to the khaki of the soldier. People in the community however were seen also at the scene trying to settle the quarrel amicably.
