I knew the resumption couldn't be 27th...admission list will be out b4 weekend,resumption starts 13th Oct 2014. People are already returning to school,renovation is nearly completed in hostels,remaining painting. Uniabuja Approved First Semester Academic Calendar 2014/2015 University of Abuja (uniabuja ) has released it approved first semester academic calendar for 2014/2015 session. Members of Staff and Students are hereby informed that the authorities of the institution would allow new Students to resume and Continue Payment of Fees and Registration on Monday June 1st, 2016 before the resumption of the old students and commencement of lectures immediately on Monday October 3, 2016. This thread is themed "university of abuja 2014/2015 post screening date" I think matters discussed here Shld be strictly pertaining freshers,resumption,screening,registration and the likes of such. We are university students,i think we Shld knw to how to coordinate and comport ourselves,lets be civilised in our discussion and display decorum in our conducts in general. When it was confirmed to be a misinformation the post was deleted on Facebook the next morning but at wat cost? Rumour spreads faster than fire,90% of uniabuja students got misinformed and wholeheartedly accepted the news bcus they love home more than school.it took only 6hrs rumour for the whole Nigerians to bathe with salt water as vaccine for Ebola.how gullible some people are,lets be logical people,what's the validity of an information b4 we accept them? Dats sound reasoning. 2years in one level,its only in uniabuja u will see people graduating after 6-7years na curse? Guys of 27-30years in 200level,nobody has graduated with a FIRST CLASS in the history of the school. that's very sad. It's not surprising though,somany nonchalant and academically lackadaisical folks make up the school. The vc and pelumi are the new catalyst for change in the institution let's all put hands on deck and work with them,shun all critics whose aim are to bring divisions even among students,staying awake as late as 10:30pm propagating wicked schemes against the sug,all thoughts for evil are done at nights. Finally,everyone is entitled to their own opinion.if the date has been postponed till 27th I think we shouldn't be happy about dis,if they keep postponing dates of resumption while other schools are on sessions when are we going to graduate? My friends who gain admission last year in unizik are resuming 200level nxt month,lets develop keen interest for education and let dis affect our opinion poll. GET TO KNOW YOUR VC. THIS IS MY DEFINITION OF A VISIONEER http://www.idomaland.org/icon/professor-michael-umale-adikwu Let's not expect the inconsistency of his predessor's tenure in this new era.keeping to one's word is what determines a trust worthy person,so far this illustrious man has been amenable,empathetic,committed and trustworthy. I don't see ample reasons why resumption Shld be postponed on the following grounds,first,the contractors signed a contract with the sch authorities to meet up with the deadline for the completion of the project,they wouldn't wonna breach that. secondly,frm observations the workers have been working day and night to meet up with this project in cold and hot weathers,its just the windows and ceilings remaining I don't knw about girls hostels though, and lastly.... The school senate and sug usually holds its meetings concerning matters affecting the institution on Wednesdays not Tuesdays,no meeting was held yesterday cause they were monitoring the wrk at the hostels. It is indeed salubrious to know the truth. The repetition of a lie never makes it the truth(lord paul 2014).#stoptherumours this is a university for crying out loud. |

In no particular order,ultimating the G factor 1)education 2)connection 3)money,unlike most schools in nigeria,u can get all 3 in uniabuja if u are committed to ur goal,there ar so many young intellectuals here,rich kids to hook up with,e.g my illustrious self...the reality as it unfolds is that new sessions starts on the 12th of October,we are the new 100L,although awaiting. u ar left with 2options it's either u get urselves prepared for imminent resumption or u sit there at home and keep hurling abuses at the sch that doesn't knw weda u exist or not.shout out to my gregarious friends,steven,ifeanyi,danny,chukwudi,nd lady briquette(bb)*winks,i can't wait to see ur sorry faces whence resumption #watch out.this is unbelievable,someone called me from vc office...and said he loves my post.pls let's me careful of what we post here,the sch authorities are tagged...thank u sir for calling,i am a poor boy ooo.na joke I been dey joke wen I claimed ajebo.is there anyway we can work out scholarship? at least for only me[size=8pt][/size]  |
