north east + north central + north north

South south + south east

all round da world,ppl tend to move towards da dense region which is always south,infact,da population of lagos alone is more than some states in the north put 2gether,but in naija the reverse is always da case...politics and tribalism will never allow u guys to see beyond ur noses..
If 160 trucks are billed 4 da north,100+ shud be billed for lagos alone.
