CENTER UPDATE FOR 2018/2019 PTDF SCHOLARSHIP INTERVIEW
All Applicants are hereby requested to log back into the portal to update their preferable center for the interview. Note this procedure only last for 48 hours and in the case where an applicant fails to choose a center, the closest center to their state origin would be automatically selected for them as their interview center.
Also, the Ph.D. scholars are required to pick their Ph.D. Interview Panel within the next 48 hours (to be closed by 6 pm on Wednesday). Their options are as follows;
• Engineering
• Environmental
• Management
• Geosciences
• Computing

Iapplied for PhD because I'm rounding off my MSc already but no MSC certificate yet. I was surprised I was shortlisted maybe because of the publications.

My question is that would they give me audience if I present only my MSc Result sheet?

Good day all. I did my interview (PhD) yesterday in Ibadan. We submitted four(4) copies of our research proposal. The interview went well and I trust God I have the scholarship this time around. Note of advise for us. For your research proposal ensure that your font is legible (the standard is 12points) also let your research proposal be specific and not generalized. I was given four (4) minutes to talk on my proposal and what I want to achieve. Then the panelist (2), asked me questions strictly on my proposal. Nothing more just my proposal.

The PhD interview was simple. The panel wanted to be sure that your work is relevant to the petroleum INDUSTRY, what contributions you can make with your work, awards you ve received, and publications.

Did you printout your publications or just gave them your CV?

each of the 5 members of the panel will look at your original certificate very well and they will jot down something, then it will be given to one of them who will hold it for a longer time than necessary until your time will elapse.
