@Poompoko. having a Bsc is good but now owners if school are mandated to have a form of qualification in education.however u could employ a Head teacher or Principal that would run the school
on if 1.5m is enough to run a secondary school.Certainly yes but would that include teachers' salaries for the first one year after opening ? No
and I said yes but it also depend on the location such that you dont pay so much for rent.
II think u should start with what you have but continue to invest and dont resign until profitability is sure.its a very lucrative business.
All the best
Thanks, boss.
The location is Aba... from my enquiries, one can get a hall for 300k per annum, I think that's reasonable.

One more thing... are schools to be registered under CAC? Once again, regards

Hello House...

Pls I want to make some enquiries. I'm presently working in a bank but hope to resign my job and go into education. My questions are:

* Is a B.Sc Political Science degree enough to establish a school or do I need a special qualification in terms of degree say PGDE?

* Is N1.5m enough to set up a qualitative secondary school?

Expecting positive feedback from anyone in the know

Let me into the perfect world of fantasy
Where pain and misery are only imagined
Where the day breaks with joy and night calls with laughter
And we know no boredom like city people
Where hunger and strives are tales from far lands
Where birds chirp with gusto and trees sway to n fro in gaiety
As the gentle evening winds massages the atmosphere
A world where our smiles reflect even in our shadows
Where mother nature is in harmony with her off-springs
Let me into a world of fantasy
A world that exists in my imagination
Where I drift off to swhen reality gets callous. . .Oh my perfect world!

Hilarious piece... grin

Sex and love has been commercialized in this part of the globe though. Blame wanton poverty and media-induced misplacement of values/

You argue that everything must have a beginning, then you contradict your claim by stating that god does not have a beginning.
No matter how you spin it, god contradicts his own existence.
Not holding brief for the theist apologists here but I think arguing otherwise will lead to a logical roller coaster... If ALL THINGS MUST have a beginning, then here HAS TO BE THAT FIRST INSTANCE that kick-starts the other events lest We will have a case of A causing B, B bringing about C, C giving rise to D and D leading to A. No?
