@tunlex01 i am a customer facing staff and below are some of my job description: • Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints. • Receive, evaluate and process all customer information • and requests within the Customer Care function as detailed in the Branch Service Job Description. • Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriat authorities. • Interview and collect account opening documentation • from customers. • Issue banker’s signature confirmation and reference letter • Subjec to BSM’s approval. • Issue debit/credit cards to customers. • Issue internet banking, mobile banking, and other • e-products and services. • Closure of accounts. • Stop payment orders (SPO) documentations. • Dormant Account processing and documentation. • Issuance of cheque books to customers and acknowledgment of same on the system. • Working closely with the Branch Service Manager to ensure that statements of accounts are printed and dispatched to customers on request. • Verify the valid means of ID provided on the applicable Capture the biometrics of customers to generate the Bank Verification Number (BVN). • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Service Manager |
