A place without stable electricity no efficient data center and cloud infra or even stable Internet is not a tech hub. When we are talking of tech hub in Africa the likes of Kigali, Cape Town , Cairo and Nairobi comes to play. Lagos is just one of the largest tech markets bcs of its population
