I need some advice. I’m currently working with a tier 1 mfb in Nigeria, earning 210k monthly with no targets. I’ve just received an offer from a commercial bank for the position of Relationship Manager (Marketing) with a salary of 480k. I’m not sure whether to remain in my current role or accept the new offer. |
