For the concrete block machine with the 6" mould that produces 8 pieces at a time, and/or 9" mould that produces 5 pieces at a time. Cost is N2,200,000.

For medium sized one with the 6" mould that produces 5 pieces at a time, and/or 9" mould that produces 4 pieces at a time. Cost is N1,700,000.

Water is the primary cause for most crumbling concrete. ... Whether from flooding or from repeated rains, water eventually wears down the structure of a cinder block from the outside, causing it to flake off and crumble. If a block has not been properly cured, water can also infiltrate the interior of the block.

Our machine has a high efficiency production capacity..

We use special vibration isolators to isolate the vibration from taking place on the machine chassis, thereby channeling it to the moulds hence the blocks.. This increase efficiency and prolongs the machines life span.. Most concrete blocks moulding machine do not have this feature.. The vibration passes on to the machine chassis hence weakening and reducing the machine life span!!
