Can Court Cases Be Won With Mob Actions And Protests?

If someone takes me to court, can I win the court case by organizing mob actions and protests against the court and complainant (intimidating the court and complainant)?

Or should I get Lawyers to represent me and get justice for me through due legal processes?

I am asking this question because I hear that someone who was summoned by court refused to appear before the court.

Then the court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Based on the court warrant for his arrest, the police arrested him and took him to court.

The court remanded him in prison for contempt of court and set a date for his bail to be argued according to the due process of the court.

But we hear that the defendant is now organizing mob actions and protests against the court and the comlpainant.

Ironically, the defendant is a lawyer!

If the complainant also organizes mob actions and protests against the defendant, what happens? CHAOS AND ANARCHY!!!

Be Guided: nobody has a monopoly of organizing mob actions and protests.

Let us allow the courts to function peacefully without intimidation.

ANSWER 1: He is NOT an illerate. He has a MASTERS DEGREE from University of Abuja; he owns computer companies; he was a Senator; and currently a State Governor.

In continuation of my agenda to be closely monitoring the activities of Edo Government Officials, I visited the the Honourable Commissioner of Finance in Edo State, Engr. Emmanuel Ehidiamen Okoebor, in his office on the 4th of December, 2024.

While I was with him, one of his office staff member came to complain of a printing machine in the office that has been malfunctioning for some weeks now.

Remember, this NEW Commissioner was appointed about TWO WEEKS ago.

He asked the worker why the printing machine was allowed to malfunction for long in the sensitive ministry of finance that has many confidential documents to print regularly.

He then asked the worker where she has been printing documents for him. She said she has been printing outside because money has not been approved yet to repair the machine since Edo State accounts are temporary frozen.

That was when he lost his cool.

He said: "Tell the Permanent Secretary to get that machine fixed by all means. Frozen accounts is no excuse to stop the functioning of governance. Get friends and well wishers of Edo State Government to help us fix it and raise voucher to pay them immediately Edo State Government accounts are unfrozen. I DON'T LIKE STORIES: GIVE ME POSITIVE RESULTS AGAINST ALL ODDS!!!"

Did he commit any criminal offence that warranted his arrest?

Was due process followed in his arrest?

Has his fundamental human rights been violated in the process of arresting him?
