Firstly I don't believe u stay in the north coz u did not mention where u reside. Secondly a state in the north is the entire south east and we have 19 of them. Ur states are smaller than most LGAs here.

3rd because of the size the population is spares, remember a state in the north equivalent to the entire south east. Govt cannot organise such large number of hoodlums in blink of an eye.

The soldiers deployed to lekki was because

1. The protest turn violent with burning of the toll gate by the hoodlums

2. The bridge is a national asset and dir is fear that the hoodlums can damage or sabotage it looking at the trend of events.

3. Security were in scarcity because same security agents where attacked and killed by same hoodlums
