If Soccer takes the place of God in your life it becomes an idol. It becomes a sin
If your business or Job takes the place of God in your life, it becomes an idol and a sin.
If your spouse or kids take the place of God in your life, they become idols.

GOD should be our is number 1. Not just in mouth but in act. We are created to give HIM pleasure.
Any other thing that takes 1st place is an idol.
Can you really explain.....

SportsRe: Kylian Mbappe: PSG Accepts Al Hilal's £259m For Wantaway French Forward by Poske95(m): 1:00am On Jul 25, 2023
April396949:
Wow, that is an astronomical transfer fee for Kylian Mbappe! It's clear that Al Hilal is willing to go to great lengths to secure the services of the young French forward. Mbappe has been one of the most sought-after players in the world, and it's not surprising to see such a huge offer being made for him.

This move raises several questions about Mbappe's future and his desire to leave PSG. If the reports are true and PSG has accepted the offer, it suggests that the player might be looking for a fresh challenge and is ready to move on from Paris.

On the other hand, PSG may see this as a great opportunity to make a massive profit on a player who could potentially leave on a free transfer next summer when his contract expires. £259m is an astronomical sum, and it could provide PSG with the funds to strengthen their squad significantly.

However, it's worth noting that the final decision ultimately lies with Mbappe himself. He will need to agree to personal terms with Al Hilal and decide if a move to Saudi Arabia is something that interests him. Mbappe has previously stated that he wants to win titles and play in competitive leagues, so it remains to be seen if Al Hilal can offer him the same level of competition he desires.

Overall, if this transfer were to go through, it would undoubtedly be one of the biggest in football history. It would also signal a major shift in power and ambition within the game, with Al Hilal flexing their financial muscle to attract a global superstar like Mbappe.
He goes and European soccer is exposed

Are you able to show where it is mandated, in Nigeria electoral law, that INEC has to use IREV to tally the votes?

This is a genuine question that I myself am interested in.

By the way, I would like to compliment you on your use of paragraphs and incredible civility in the lack of abuse of the person of President Tinubu or INEC chairman in your submissions.

Kudos to you sir, you are definitely far from a typical Obidient and I look forward to learning from you.

By the way I don't agree with anything you wrote even though I admire the way you wrote it.
The electoral law was revised for the elections and the umpire openly told all that the results would be collated in such manner to counter any alleged discrepancy.....so why spend so much and campaign so much when you had a feeling it would fail and not help prove the authenticity of results......?
I know you're a Nigeria....yan

Is there any sense in challenging an order from a civil case?

So, if VIO or FRSC fines me N5k today for traffic offense, is there any sense in wasting time challenging the order?

Since it’s a forfeiture resulting from a civil case, what’s the point fighting it? Tinubu was already a Senator when the forfeiture order was made against his account. So, it makes more sense to simply allow the civil forfeiture order stand than to keep wasting money on appeal. Same way we all pay VIO and FRSC fine for traffic offense without appeal.

In the heat of presidential campaigns, Tinubu was in Delta state. As he was reading out his campaign promises to his audience, he made a detour and asked the audience, " Na Statistics We Go Chop" ?

Apparently, he was directly attacking another presidential candidate whom we all knew was hell bent on using statistics to give Nigerians a glimpse of what his administration would look like if elected President.

If a presidential candidate does not know the importance of statistics in the economic lifestyle of a Nation, how does he intend to solve the problems besieging the people?

Those who cheered and clapped thunderously while Tinubu was denigrating the essence of economic tabulation and importance then should have their faces covered in shame today.

Have we gone from bad to good as it stands now without statistical analysis and data?

I leave judgement for you all.

EducationRe: UNILAG School Fees Increased From ₦‎16k To ₦‎100k - Pamilerin Adegoke by Poske95(m): 5:05pm On Jul 21, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
Those who think education is expensive should try ignorance.

Now it's clear to everyone that the FG has been hugely subsidising education yet the ungrateful unpatriotic beneficiaries of this heavily subsidized education will immediately transfer the education overseas and still turn around to talk down on Nigeria. Smh. They will lose! You can not cheat Nigeria, Nigerian tax payers and go scot free.

Very soon, these FG schools will be charging cost reflective school fees while indigent students will get loans to pay it. Hardworking, brilliant indigent students will get 100% full scholarship and bond to serve for years.

The welfarist system of the state drove the nation into monumental debts and widespread multidimensional poverty that produced a largely mediocre set of unpatriotic graduates with entitlement mentality. Imagine generations raised on fuel subsidy, electricity subsidy, education subsidies, health subsidies, free money cash transfer of npower, ponzi schemes, crypto etc, yet spend most time on Twitter, NL and other social media platforms. That's a legion of generations of largely unproductive lot! It is not sustainable anymore as our debts keep mounting and more youths get used to easy and fast money.

Our universities will now be forced to go back to the days people know why they are in school and will face it squarely to come out with great grades. NUC should equally ban federal universities from admitting JAMB candidates who score less than 200. It's ridiculous that UNICAL is admitting JAMB candidates who score 140 shocked How on earth should FG be subsidising the education of a mediocre student who scored 140 out of 400. That's a 35% fail score!

Everyone must do the right thing to return this nation back to her consistent winning ways. Parents will now take parenting serious because the era you born excess hoping that govt will feed, clothe , train and educate them for you is gone.

May God bless Nigeria for ever!
.... And ...then what ....
You forget, we're Nigerians...
Once that is lost.... almost all is..
I hope to call on your permutations....
As we can see, you may have come from a long line of optimistic permutators....
