It’ll also conveniently fit a 500sqm land.

Here’s something almost similar done around the area on 50 x 100 land.
And if it’s just four flats, rough estimate?

We've been very busy here, completing the foundation blinding and column concrete casting is ongoing, we have also stood most of the columns on their bases.

It depends on location Sir, in some places, they could allow up to 3 meters and in other places, much less than that.

My sincere apologies. I’m just seeing this.

The build is 5 units of 2 bedroom flats with space for a BQ and ample space for parking on both sides of the building and the front.

8 cars can conveniently park within the compound.

Attached is the site plan with and without BQ also showing the number of car that can park within the compound.

The main building alone can fit into a 500sqm plot of land.

A site survey will be required to determine how much will deliver this build in Sangotedo. If you have soil information (I mean soil test report), I can give you a ballpark figure for this project.
