Well, a lot of Nigerian leaders past and present have been accused of the same. GEJ for example was accused of being anti-North, Obasanjo was accoused of being anti-Igbo, Abacha was said to 'hate the Yourba nation' and IBB was said to be pursurung divisive polices in favour of Muslims. Shagari was even once recorded in his presidency to have said 'no non-muslim would become president of Nigeria'...and even Gowon once made comments expressing doubt in the unity of Nigeria. Ironsi was accused of favouring Ibos over everyone else. and the Fiorst Republic disintegrated in tribal anonismities.;

So Bubu is walking down a well trodden path. At the end of the day, however, nothing will happen. Because any Nigerian leader making comments that support his tribe is doing that to build support to get into power. Actually the problem with African economies is simple. We are not industrial

Someone once made the comment about Ghana once earning 2 billion dollars one year from selling cocoa. Meanwhile a company based in the UK used part of that cocoa to make prodicts worth 17 billion dollars.

We sell raw materians and then use the money to import goods whos9ie value exceeds the value of our raw materials. And then the income from our raw materials ia subject to a price we don't control.

This is complicated by a lack of interest in going into manufacturing, an education sector not interested in training vocational and technical people, a power sector hobbled by most people refusing to pay their bills, and poor policies

I've personally priced chocolate production machines and cocoa processing machines - they are not that expensive.... Africa just dey dull....

APC won because PDP hadn't fixed the divisions in its SW and middle belt regions.

PDP always wins elections by winning the majority in the SW, and middle belt...to add to the SE and SS sure banker votes. Then they add 25% of the vote in the North.

In 2019, pdp did not win the majority of the vote overall in the SW, and despite making gains in the North, the gains were not enough to offset losses elsewhere.
