After watching this video, i learn that if the intellectual gap between two people is too much, the relationship will be a disaster.

The funny Mr Omor in his hilarious ways explain that if the intellectual gap is not too much, the there'll be tolerance and understanding of one another, which makes for mutual growth. But if the intellectual gap is too much, the two persons will be less tolerant and understanding of one another, leading to acrimony.

A relationship is all about having three things : God, an understanding of each other, and sacrifice. Without these three , no amount of intellectual proximity will save any relationship.

Understanding has nothing to do with intellectual equivalence. Understanding in any relationship is about being able to accommodate the other persons deficiency without grudge or resentment. And most times, couples always do the opposite of this; I have seen numerous statistics that mostly show that intellectual compatibility is not a yardstick. In fact, it has been tagged as one of the major reason why most marriages end up in divorce

Yes, Understanding is key to make any relationship a success.
