To start with, the fact that the FG gave out 38 licenses doesn't mean the FG will force you to build refineries and the ones that showed interest are getting massive support from loan guarantees to import waivers and even access to discounted oil from dedicated oil fields.


The Waltersmith refinery that PMB commissioned a few months ago is 30% owned by the FG and it enjoyed immense FG support from import waivers to discounted oil.

There are 2 refineries under construction in Edo getting the same FG support across the board.

We have more private refineries under this administration than any other in the history of Nigeria.

While governor Sanwo-Olu is working on the Lagos economy,he should not forget the stipends on Education on his table, including- the Bursary and Students Scholarship that are taking time to come out.Everything should balance!
These Students are waiting and we know now that Covid-19 is gradually going, all efforts should be towards sustainable educational development of the State.

Aboki, a refinery is meant to refine crude oil and convert it into several products like paraffin, bitumen, petrol, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, butane, propane and a lot more but the only thing the ones you have down south are good for is the drilling of crude oil that will be transported to foreign countries for refining.

I asked you a simple, unambiguous question and you started jumping like the money you are.
