Ibadan is the worst place to receive order from, tracker indicated that attempt to deliver failed, yet, I have not received calls or text from post office to come and pick my order after 3 days it has arrived.

Use UI or secretariat post office
Tip them once in a while... The rest is history

Ok thank you for this clerification, because have never heard about ASOS until the day I was debited that was a day after I placed an order with Aliexpress at first I thought I've been scammed not until I went online and found out that Asos is legit, and nobody have access to my card apart from my husband and that very day I placed the order on Aliexpress he wasn't even around. So this whole thing is confusing ,for now I'm putting the blame on my bank. But

I was surprised when I saw the allegation. Honestly speaking, I've been shopping on that platform for a few years now but haven't experienced such a thing. My debit cards are even married to the site for easy payment, yet a penny has never been deducted from my accounts unless initiated

It means that your item has arrived Nigeria. It's on its way to your postal facility. Check for updates in a day ot two.

I want to know how long delivery was before COVID-19 to Lagos on ALiexpress.

Also, with the way things are currently, the world economy is recovering, when would delivery probably go back to the way it was before COVID.

The problem with newbies is that they are not patient enough to read posts by experienced members on this thread. The truth Is that some of the questions they ask had already been answered in previous pages, if only they could dedicate time to flip back. I've said it before, I spent months on this thread reading posts and comments of people on how to shop successfully on Aliexpress before I finally signed up as member.

Dispute reason: purchase protection is running out and Package is still in transit.

Please specify why you are requesting for a refund.
Parcel never arrived destination.

That's all...I guarantee you will get for refund.

The item was a phone.
I noticed from the 3 phones I have ordered that failed to arrive that they were all sent to the Singpost facility in Hong Kong.
No update after dispatch to overseas.
