Why not start from somewhere instead of waiting for a partner which might never come. First of all, give it all your best to make quality and irresistible breads. You can look for small kiosks in a good strategic business locations and site the kiosks there. Find sales girl there. If you have about 4 to 5 such kiosks and your bread taste great and good. Your sales on a daily basis should make sense. Gradually, you are growing. Also, you can look for a car and site it at a good business location too. Just start something.
