How To Update your Npower profile successfully by Abbeylincson(op): 10:38am On Mar 24, 2021*

I have been trying to upload my documents since last week Tuesday all I have been getting was an error occurred.
I cross checked everything and I can't find any error, all the documents meant to be uploaded has been reduced below 200KB as instructed.
This morning I reduced the size of the documents below 100KB and on my first attempt it was success.
Give it a try.

Thanks for this information. But I have difficulty submitting the BVN and phone number which is the fist stage of the validation process. Pls can you help?

Try using UC browser.
That was what I used when chrome couldn't validate BVN but I later used chrome for uploading the documents
