I really think it depends on prevailing situation one finds himself. E.g, when you have well over 1m your risk appetite would be very honest with you when it tells you to flip the damn coin but on the reverse if you barely have 1m or never counted one million before you might do well to go with it than risk losing everything but the bullish ones like a friend of mine would still flip the damn coin even though his account is reading minus.
